Perspective

Perspective is open-minded and lets an individual see and interact with other individual who might not have the same mindset as them. Perspective is not set in stone and could change as time progresses based on an indivudual's experiences.

Bias

Bias is self-centerd and opinioned-based. Bias could be inherited from your parents and family because of how you are tought certain things growing up. Bias is also not likely to change because bias is a close-minded mindset that doesn't let the individual see another way through things, it has to be how they believe.

Perspective can become bias if it is a very strong mindset.

* Both bias and perspective are formed on an individual's past experiences
