The managers determined outputs by set 30 surprise boxes sold in 4 weeks, accomplishments and skills evaluated.
2. Communicate Performance Expectations to Employees:
The feedback from the employees on the standards communicated to them obtained.
3. Measure Actual Performance:
The actual performance of the employee is measured on the basis of information available from various sources such as personal observation, business plan report, and final report.
4. Compare Actual Performance with Standards:
The total surprise boxes sold are 32, which is exceed than expected.
5. Discuss the Appraisal with the Employee:
The total boxes sold are quite good since the price affordable.
6. Initiate Corrective Action:
The improvement that we have to do is the quality of the box itself as it is fully handmade.
-Human Resources prepared the duty roster and divided into three group based on their residents.
-Human Resources trained the members on how to make sure all products have same quality.
-Human Resources placed the deadline for products, so that products ready a day before delivery made.
-Human Resources use the Progressive Discipline
