Intel is one rival because they make different type of processor architecture. However. because of the reputation ARM has it's prevented Intel from making the headway with smart phones but Windows relies on Intel.

Their purpose is built to replace lagging behind methods of living. it focuses on replacing old methods and old devices with new smart, technological, and advanced ones that can build a smart home.
Some may argue that this chip is not considered as disruptive technology !
