Our lung's under go diffusion every day. Our bodies need oxygen for many different things. Our lungs have the most interaction with oxygen but our bodies also interact with carbon dioxide which can be toxic for our bodies. These gas come in and out of our bodies all the time. This process happens through diffusion.

"The job of the kidney is to filter out salts and waste products from the bloodstream. These molecules are collected as urine, which is excreted from the body. The kidney contains many microscopic filtration systems called nephrons, which are microscopic tubes is shaped like a U. Each portion of the U diffuses different molecules, such as water and salt. Whatever gets through the entire U will go into another tube, called the collecting duct, and eventually to the bladder(Nguyen 2021)."
