Global Leaders Innovate Next Knowledge

(Thailand, October 2017)

The G-LINK method was created and used at this event. G-LINK methods were used in each break from the facilitated sessions (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea) as well as a facilitated session at the end of the day.

We link the ideas, created throughout the sessions, engage participants and then create something tangible (a document in this case) for the participants to take home, reflect upon and grow, before the next annual meeting of this kind.

Activities used:

• taking a photo of all of the participants

• having them write their interest area, a question they wanted to learn as well as their name and putting it on the wall

• taking these questions and splitting the group into round table groups to discuss these questions using the KMGN members as ‘experts’ to help facilitate conversation

• swapping people throughout the day so that more collective knowledge was formed

• giving each person a ‘badge’ at the end of the day of who the participant thought was the most insightful throughout the day.

Achieved aim:

To gather the world leaders in Knowledge, including the Knowledge Management Global Network (KMGN) and use the forum to instigate and create the next knowledge, whilst linking the creativity and knowledge events

around the world.

Russian Retail Week

We are co-create the event together with G-LINK team 4 years – and it becomes each time greater!

Achieved aim:

The aim of the Russian Retail Week is to build the largest communication platform for the open B2B, B2G and B2C dialogue. Participation in the Forum provides the opportunity to enhance the commercial potential, expand business contacts, strengthen relationships with clients and partners.

Feed back

The Forum allows to discuss widescale retail industry issues and contribute to establishing effective cooperation of government bodies with retailers. Retailers, producers and suppliers of consumer products and services ask direct questions and get answers during the open dialogue with the federal and regional authorities. I strongly believe that this dialogue is useful for solving industry issues
