Travel SOPs
1-Carrying IDS (passports) during movements,drivers to have national ID, and all to have work IDs and Health Insurance IDs.
2-Enough food , water, and just the sufficient amount of cash to avoid any stoppage on the way.
3-Drivers will be the team leaders who will handle communication with external factors, expat passengers will not speak unless spoken to.
4-Keep CR informed of any changes to your travel plans and any delays.
5-Look confident and dress appropriately, with valuables out of sight.
6-Check in advance with your field office what you should do in the event of a problem and Do Not Take Photos.
7-Carry a list of emergency contact details including names, addresses, phone numbers,and Sufficient copies of travel permits.
8-Reply security Headaccount according to security tree.
9-All movements to the field are restricted unless you have the approval from the security officer.
10-DON'T forget safety belts,and lock the doors during your trips.
