Mercy Warren

Mercy Warren was born in the fall of September, 28. She was born in Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay, British America. At the time America had not taken idependence yet. She was born in 1728 to Mary Allyne Otis, the third of thirdteen children and the first child to her father, Colonel James Otis. Only six of her siblings survived to adulthood. Even though she had no formal education, "she studied with the Reverend Jonathan Russell while he tutored her brothers Joseph and James in preparation for college"

Alexander Hamilton

Alexander was born in the cold winter of January, 11. Though it is unsure when exactly he was born but it is estimated he was born in 1755-1757. He was born "out of wedlock" in Charlestown, Nevis. He was orphaned as a child. He had no surviving family members. "Local patrons sent him to New York to prusue his education."

Hamilton was a founding father, he also fought in the American Revolutionary War."He was the founder and chief architect of the American financial system.". He helped draft the Constitution.

Mercy was important because she was a "staunch advocate of independence from the tyranny of 18th century English monarchic rule."Her voice was one of the first against the Britsh. She was a dramatist, satirist, and historian.

Mercy Warren made womans voices heard. She help woman freethink and forthright writing through her writings and publications.She had an important legacy and never will be forgotten.

Alexander hamilton had an amazing sucess in helping build the United States we know today."As a key author of the Federalist Papers arguing in favor of the U.S. Constitution, he was a driving force behind its ratification." He also was in an amazing musical. Love it!! He was the first US secratary.
