Black Death Hits Europe

The black death was an epidemic plague that spread through Asia and through Europe. The importance of it was that the Black death was one of the most devastating pandemics in human history.

1468

The Gutenberg Printing Press

Gutenberg Invented the printing press in 1468. This was an important time because it sped the way of spreading ideas and showing the world things way quicker.

1492

Christopher Columbus

Christopher Columbus discovered America in 1492 where he sailed the ocean blue. This was important because this day was the start to America and was one of the biggest explorations in history.

Mona Lisa

Mona Lisa was a piece of Art that Leonardo Da Vinci created in 1503. This was important because this is one of the most known paintings in history and one of the best painting that Leonardo created.

School of Athens

The School of Athens was a painting that Raphael Created on 1509. The importance of this painting was that it was one of Raphael most famous painting.

Martin Luther's 95 Theses

The 95 Theses was a writing with all of Martin Luther's beliefs and questions that went against the Anglican church and he nailed it on the Wittenberg church door. The importance of this was that he went against the church which no one has done before and in result of doing that he was executed.

Shakespeare's Globe

Shakespeare's globe was the place where all of his famous and historic plays were showed at and was first built in 1599. The importance of this was that this theater is still one of the most famous theater because it was one of only theaters to show Shakespeare's play's.

Galileo's Telescope

He discovered a telescope in 1609 that could see things 20 times more. This was important because his telescope was one of the first that could do many of the things that teliscopes at that time couldn't be capable of doing.
