WHAT DO I WANT TO DO?

I want to learn who to make and bake "CANNOLI".

-"CANNOLI" is an italian dessert very typical of the South of Italy

WHY...?

Because :

-I always wanted to learn how to bake them and I have never had the chance

-Being italian, I should know how to bake them

- 11th-24th : searching different type of recepies and techniques to bake them

- weekends : trying to bake them
