- Today, families with low income, indigenous, disabled, immigrant backgrounds or from rural communities, do not always have access to quality childcare.
- Reach out to local MLA's, contact provincial gov. offices to help them understand the importance of childcare!
In order to get quality childcare, we need to consider all of the above criteria and ask how this can be implemented. By providing qualified educators within developmental domains, we can ensure that all children are receiving equal childcare and fostering their developmental skills.
- Parents or anyone who is responsible for children 0-5 years of age.
- Anyone who has an involvement with the government to make necessary changes to make sure all children receive quality childcare.
- To educate parents on the importance of quality childcare so they understand that early childhood education is the foundation to a child’s successful future.
- The care a child receives from 0-5 years of age impacts their social, cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being.
- Quality childcare needs to be offered to anyone with no prejudice with age ,culture, race, income, abled/disabled, or living in rural communities.

•Pursuing ongoing learning
•Demonstrating integrity
•Showing capacity for altruism
•Regulation for educators at least level 2
•Grants for achieving a high level of education
•Requests to reshape the system (affordable living, high wages, and job assurance)
- The public can be made aware using attractive booths to pull audience in.
- The booth is colorful and has engaging pictures depicting each area of the developmental domain to the families and parents.
- Flyers, brochures, magnetic cards and key chains containing important resources and websites.
- Organizing presentation and workshops
- Writing letters and emails to the concerned audience
- Distribute flyers, brochures, key cards containing vital information
- Sharing information on social media
- Attending interactive conferences (online or physical)
Every classroom should have well-educated professional teachers in the daycare system. Yet, most of the childcare centers generally do a poor job of systematically developing and evaluating educators.
- Provide evidence using research papers that show the significant impact on emotional resilience, learning capacity and social development.
- Provide resources on where they can find out more information.
- Provide an explanation of the role of a qualified educator in the growth of children.
