This theory states that our emotions are caused by our interpretation of bodily reactions.
1. Your body becomes physically aroused. High levels of dopamine and cheeks get red(blush)
2. Your brain interprets the emotion that you are filled with joy.

2. You label the pattern of arousal: My heart is racing and I feel like I am flying, this is caused by overflowing with joy.
3. You feel the emotion: "I am filled with joy!"
