Collaboration is the driving force of planning and revisions

Yearly Planners and the POI are revised

Timelines are put in place

Central ideas, Lines of inquiry and concepts are revised

Yearly planners keep track of transdisciplinarity of the disciplines (how disciplines are integrated)

Unit Planner

Unit Planners

- Are created and/or revised based on decisions taken during collaborative meetings

- Are always open during collaborative meetings and edits made directly

- Are the main document for planning & documenting the unit of inquiry

- Are referred to on a weekly basis

- Reflection added on a weekly/daily basis

- All unit planners are due to be completed before the beginning of teaching and learning
