Eulalia was known for being one of the first woman to work in the field of mexican Archeolohy
at the age of 16 she co-founded admiradoras de Juarez which was a feminist group that admired Benito Juarez - Former President of Mexico.
In 1933 she got her masters degree in Philosophy from the national autonomous university of mexico.
In 1934 Eulalia became a director of the Department of Archaeology of the National Museum.
In 1942 Eulalia claims she found the remains of cuauhtemoc Cuauhtémoc, also known as Cuauhtemotzín, Guatimozín, or Guatémoc, was the Aztec ruler of Tenochtitlan from 1520 to 1521.
In 1968 she retired and later died in 1985.
