why is the blob fish so ugly?
over 9,000 feet below the surface of the ocean,the blobfish floats around, casually eating whatever passes its way.
about the blobfish
most fish have an air filled organ called a swim bladder, witch allows them to float and swim. however a air filled organ like that under pressure would make a fish explode. so, rather than that organ the blobfish simply has flesh that's less dense than water so it naturally floats in water.

The blobfish mostly lives off the deep waters of Australia and Tasmania and until recently it was rarely seen by humans.now the blobfish is making a appearance and unfortunately that may lead to its extinction because of deep sea fisher man looking for delectable eats.
the blobfish has no predators. because they would all probably die. the main reason is the fish's skin is acid like which of course makes the fish in-edible.
how can we help save the blobfish
one way we can help save the blobfish is we can limit the use of bottom trawling nets. another thing we can do is we can bring two of them to a preserve center and scientists can study there daily life and breed them there.finally we can make a false habitat for them or give permits to people that need to fish.
