Q. Who is considered a Renovation Required Role?

A. Select departments whose efforts the Resort may need throughout the closure

Q. What is Task Force?

A. When an employee has the exciting opportunity to temporarily assist at another Four Seasons property. To be considered:

Task Force

  • Assignments made based on property's need
  • Employee preference of location
  • Full pay per schedule
  • Potential availability within Florida + Americas
  • Employee represents FSPB!

Q. What is the

Subsidized Pay Package?

A. Full Time employees will be paid 75% of their hourly rate or salary, and in exchange will participate weekly in community service.

Subsidized Pay

  • Nonmanagement - 1 day of service weekly (8 hours)
  • Management - 4 days of service weekly (32 hours)
  • Organized weekly community service event
  • Option to work independently with Palm Beach County, verified non-profit (up to half of the total package amount of weeks)
  • If pay is less than $10 hourly, pay will be rounded to $10 per hour; totaling $400 gross weekly; guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Employee must participate in weekly community service to receive pay
  • Full time employee benefits paid - resort will pay employee + employer cost

Part Time Employees

  • 1 day of service weekly (5 hours)
  • Organized weekly community service event
  • Option to work independently with Palm Beach County, verified non-profit (up to half of the total package amount of weeks)
  • If pay is less than $10 hourly, pay will be rounded to $10 per hour; guaranteed 25 hours pers week
  • Employee must participate in weekly community service to receive pay
