The Emotion Anger

Weekly Wellness -

The emotions we've learned about so far...

Anger is an Emotion

Just like worry and sadness, anger is a totally normal emotion that everyone feels from time to time.

Anger isn't a bad emotion, there is no such thing as a bad emotion. All emotions are real and it's important to recognize when we are feeling them.

Sometimes when we are angry, we behave in ways that hurt ourselves or other people. It's ok to be angry, but we need to control how we behave when we are angry. Because even when you're angry, you still need to follow the rules.
