Problems

Australia's current fire situation started in September, 2019. As of today, more than 17.9 million acres have been burned across 6 states. The worst affected state is New South Wales which had 12.1 million acres that have burned.

Once the firefighters have put out the fires the question is "Now What?" Many people will now need assistance in cleaning up the aftermath.

• It's estimated that 1 Billion animals have died in the wild fires.
• 40,000 hectares got burnt. 17,000,000 acres were destroyed.
• 500,000,000 animal species have been estimated to have perished.
• 12.35 acres in Australia have burned
• 28 people have died
• 3,000 homes have been destroyed

Solution

We are going to program a clean up robot to get rid of the ashes, the burnt fur, and the dead trees. We will help the firefighters and everyone else that is in the tragedy.
