I want to learn how to knit so I can make homemade Christmas gifts this year, as well as learn a new hobby to occupy some of my free time.
By the end of the month I will have practiced knitting every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 30 minutes, and I will have completed at least one potholder by that time.
The pandemic has provided plenty of free time at home. I can be productive and learn a new skill that can help keep me occupied, and provide a way to bring joy to others by giving them a homemade and thoughtful Christmas gift.
By the end of this month I will have learned how to knit well enough to make one potholder. By Christmas I will be proficient enough at knitting to make homemade gifts for the people I care about.
I will make homemade knitted Christmas gifts this year. I will achieve this by practicing 3 times a week, and by the end of the month be good enough at knitting to make a potholder. Homemade gifts will help occupy me during quarantine, and show my friends and family that I care about them.
