I’d like to tell you about Russian traditional dish - okroshka.
Okroska is a cold soup and probably originated in the Volga region.
The classic soup is a mix of mostly raw vegetables (like cucumbers, radishes and spring onions), boiled potatoes, eggs, cooked meat and kvass.
Okroshka is usually garnished* with sour cream (smetana). Later versions use kefir, whey**, ayran, or mineral water instead of kvass.

FOR THE OKROSKA:
radish...230 g
potatoes...400 g
eggs...5 pcs*.
cucumbers...300 g
sausage...300 g
sour cream...230 g
salt to taste
kvass to taste
spring onion...1 bunch**
fresh dill***...1 bunch.
* - шт; ** - пучок; *** - укроп.
FOR THE OKROSKA:
1. Wash vegetables.
2. Peel* potatoes.
3. Boil eggs and potatoes.
4. Peel the eggs.
5. All components should be cut into cubes.
6. Combine all prepared ingredients, salt, season** with sour cream.
7. Add kvass to taste.
