The rebellion was a group of farmers and distillers in Western Pennsylvania that were frustrated due to a tax that was placed on the whiskey. The uprising became a national affair, and was considered the first test of the government.

Battle of Fallen Timbers

The Battle of Fallen Timbers was considered one of the last Indian uprisings to occur on the Eastern side of the country. The fight was for the Ohio valley, and the resources that were there. Ultimately, the whites won, and the kicked the Indians out with the Treaty of Greenville.

This treaty in simple terms settled the animosity that lied between Britain and the United States post revolution.

Washington's Farewell was a time of worldly speculation upon the United States. The world questioned how the government would work when the one leader stepped down. But after Washington stepped down, he was seceded by John Adams, who lead the United States for a few years after.

The Undeclared war with France, also called the Quasi War, was caused by the signing of the Jay Treaty of the United States with Great Britain. France was still frustrated with Britain, and this frustrated France, and its new found leadership.

The Convention of 1800, ended the Quasi War, and was signed on September 30th. It affirmed the alliance between France and the United States, and the neutrality on the sea on of trade. Even though this treaty did not account for the money lost during the battles.
