Description

  • CDL Tractor Trailer driver
  • Jobs (usually) run from Evening to Morning
  • To Destination(s) and back to original domicile
  • Must meet UPS Appearance Standards
  • Must pass DOT physical and UPS Road Test
  • Must have a Clean Driving Record
  • Must be able to manage a shifting sleep schedule
  • Hazmat Endorsement is not required

  • Clocks in and receives route and load information (Essential/3% Daily)
  • Completes a pre-trip (Essential/3% Daily)
  • Locates trailer/trailers and then couples (Essential/5% Daily)
  • Completes equipment pre-trip and post-trip (Essential/5% Daily)
  • Seals trailers and communicates with dispatch at each destination (Essential/5% Daily)
  • Drives loads to and from the destination (Essential/70% Daily)
