- Future rates for 2020: manually charge deposits at the time of booking- $1000 for guest rooms and $2000 for suites.
- 6 night free: manually add DIR6CB into Promotion in Queue search to find accurate rate. If you do not add the promotion, the rate does not pull the free night.
- Service Animals: agents can respond to guests inquiring about our policy over the PHONE. Managers need to respond to all EMAILS that inquire about service animals.

- Garden Club of Palm Beach vs. Gold Leaf Flower Show:
Ask the guest if they are an ATTENDEE or a JUDGE. This event is in April and they have two groups reserving for one event.
Attendees are reserved with Garden Club of Palm Beach in Passkey

Members that reserve bungalows adhere to the regular bungalow CXL policy. They are not exempt to bungalow cancellation penalties like they are for room reservations.

Sameday Procedure:
Synxis:
a. Immediately charge the deposit
i. decline- reach out to the guest to obtain a new form of payment. We do not hold reservations without a deposit. Cancel if you cannot get payment for sameday.
ii. If the deposit declines and it is an Expedia or Booking.com reservation, alert a manager immediately. Do not cancel the reservation.
b. Ensure a room number is assigned
c. Email the Same Day email group

We have an open ticket with INFOR regarding extending a reservation in HMS. Currently, if you add additional dates to a reservation and retain rates the new nights will extend at the last night's rate.
Please follow these procedures when extending an existing reservation:
1) Quote rates from Guest Stay 2
2) Adjust dates of stay on the current reservation & retain rates
3) Go into Stay Wizard and re-rate the new nights
*Start Date and End Date = NEW dates of stay, excluding original dates
*Availability Instruction = Available Only
*Enter the Room Type & Rate Plan that matches what you quoted the guest
*Rate Instruction = Re-Quote
