LIFE
- Eduardo Mutuc also known as " Tatang Eddie"
born on October 12, 1949 is a Filipino artisan and metalsmith in Apalit, Pampangga.
- From a young age, Mutuc learned and became skilled in the traditional art of pinukpuk metalwork.
- Creates both religious and secular art in silver, bronze, and wood

ACHIEVEMENTS
- The only one kapampangan recipient of Gawad ng Manlilikha ng Bayan Awards.
- Renowned artisans who was accorded the National Living Treasures Award by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts way back in 2004.
- Conferred as Manlilikha ng Bayan in 2004, MB Mutuc dedicated his life to creating religious and secular art in silver, bronze, and wood.
