"Glossing" is what you call it when you write one language in another. The written information is known as "gloss."
When you gloss, you are not trying to interpret a language. Rather you are attempting to transcribe it. Your goal is to write it down, type it, or otherwise represent it in text form -- word for word.
In English:
I went to the mall yesterday and kicked a yellow ball.
ASL GLOSS:
YESTERDAY MALL BALL YELLOW I KICK.
In English:
I'm going to Disney World next week.
ASL GLOSS:
NEXT WEEK DISNEY WORLD I GO WILL.
I want to eat pizza tonight.
I liked the movie yesterday.
Kathy went a restaurant yesterday and spilled her tea.
Cameron will eat his lunch at 1pm today.

Each person will take a turn standing up and signing the information on their person's card (MINUS THE NAME).
If YOUR information is signed, you will raise your hand and take your card. Then you will go to the front and sign the information on your person's card, and repeat.... until EVERYONE has THEIR OWN CARD.
Get into groups of 4-5
Take turns signing your cards to each other ONCE.
Mix your cards.
Take the card you got and (WITHOUT LOOKING) tape it to your forehead.
When it is your turn, you may ask your groups yes or no questions to figure out who is on your forehead (do I play basketball? do I like cooking? etc)
When everyone has gone, mix cards and play again.
