On February 22nd, 1732 George Washington was born in Westmoreland County, Virginia. Washington was the first out of the six children Augustine and Mary Ball Washington had. As a young child Washington had lived a happy childhood, he had spent most of his childhood time outdoors.
In the 1740s, as a teenager Washington had first attempted to mearsure the land near Mount Vernon. Then while he was 16 years old Washington had acompanied George William Fairfax on a surveying expedition.
In the 1750s Washington was an investor in the Ohio Company, and was sent with 7 soldiers to go send the french a message. The message Washington had sent was telling the French to leave their region and to stop their harrasment of English traders. Then from 1753 - 1763 Washington had fought in the French and Indian war.
In the 1760s Washington had fought as a surveyor in the French and Indian war. Washington had also been overseeing the farms at Mount Vernon over these couple of years.
In the 1770s Washington had commanded the Continential Army in the Revolutionary war. Due to this Washington had gained a lot popularity in the time.
In the 1780s the Revolutionary War had ended, due to this Washington had become a popular person and had decided to run for President in 1788. Washington had won the election with 69 electoral votes.
During Washington's presidency he had done many things for the United States from establishing the first national bank, extend his nation, and had even lost a few elections but had gotten re-elected for president most of those times. After Washington's great years in presidency he had passed away from a throat infection on December 14th, 1799.
