Responsibilities

  • Professional simulations for the white house structure, USA administrations and the most important ministries
  • Collaborate with Challengers in creating new trainings’ methodologies & techniques
  • Collaborate with AC Prime in putting progression plan for Challengers
  • Supervise on Challengers’ ways of working
  • Monitor and report weekly and monthly to AC Prime
  • Keep Challengers satisfaction rate above 75%
  • Create calibers can lead next year through professional succession plan – Approved by MAP Master

AC Elite

AC President

Responsibilities

  • Professional simulations for the white house structure, USA administrations and the most important ministries
  • Quarterly TNA to put council progression process for challengers
  • Support in council recruitment plan
  • Collaborate with Challengers in creating new trainings’ methodologies & techniques
  • Collaborate with challengers and Elites in creating unique styles of presentation in delivering sessions’ info
  • Give approvals on the accurate researches and effective topics that will be discussed during sessions
  • Collaborate with council challengers in creating sessions’ themes
  • Supervise on Challengers’ ways of working
  • Monitor and report weekly and monthly to AC Elites
  • COC implementation on challengers
  • Keep Challengers satisfaction rate above 75%

  • Play an effective role in council development process

  • Manage & develop the connection between the academic and organizational sectors in the model as it is the backbone of the model
  • Make effective & efficient recruitment plan to get the right candidates for the department
  • Documentation for every action happens in the department and deliver it to MAP Master
  • Keep the spirit inside the entity in high standards through implementing motivational ideas
  • Create an evaluation system to manage the performance of everyone in the entity
  • COC implementation on the whole model

  • Provide MAP with all the needed deals for catering during the sessions, conference and events
  • Collaborate with PR & Events & logistic committees & OC prime to increase organization budget through professional events that produce profits – Approved by MAP Master
  • Strengthen and manage the existing sponsorships between MAP and outsiders (companies, training providers, etc.)
  • Supervise on juniors’ ways of working
  • Monitor and report weekly to OC Primes
  • Keep Juniors’ satisfaction rate above 75%
  • Create calibers can lead next year through professional succession plan – Approved by MAP Master

Finance & Fund-raising

PR & Events

Responsibilities

  • Make effective & efficient recruitment plan to get the right candidates for the department
  • Plan MAP educational, sportive, entertainment and any external activity
  • Collaborate with SR & operation committees in organizing and managing all activities
  • Keep and maintain MAP reputation & spirit in the whole entity in high standard through professional events that grab high attraction
  • Collaborate with finance committee & OC prime to increase organization budget through professional events that produce profits – Approved by MAP Master
  • Make new partnerships between MAP and outsiders (companies, media channels, training providers, etc.)
  • Communicate and bring a decent number of well-known figures in multiple event or at least announce them on their channels
  • Strengthen and manage the existing partnerships between MAP and outsiders (companies, training providers, etc.) and between MAP and insiders (student activities and universities administrations)
  • Supervise on juniors’ ways of working
  • Monitor and report weekly to OC Primes
  • Keep Juniors’ satisfaction rate above 75%

Responsibilities

  • Make effective & efficient recruitment plan to get the right candidates for the department
  • Marketing plan for every activity in MAP offline & online includes all needed activities from all participants in MAP
  • Create all needed designs for every activity in MAP
  • Cover all the news, announce updates during the day like: (targets, interviews, reports, videos, events, etc.) in a decent and an appropriate way
  • Write articles about MAP achievements and history as It is the responsible for the image of MAP online and offline
  • Supervise on juniors’ ways of working
  • Monitor and report weekly to OC Primes
  • Keep Juniors’ satisfaction rate above 75%

Marketing & Design

Photography

Responsibilities

  • Make effective & efficient recruitment plan to get the right candidates for the department
  • Plan to cover MAP activities in a decent and an appropriate way, besides providing our entity with all the needed online coverage in order to celebrate and save our memories in the most decent manners through their high quality photos and videos
  • Supervise on juniors’ ways of working
  • Monitor and report weekly to OC Primes
  • Keep Juniors’ satisfaction rate above 75%

Responsibilities

  • Make effective & efficient recruitment plan to get the right candidates for the department
  • Conduct permissions of MAP and make sure that everything is settled for conducting the sessions every single week
  • Create needed documents to make the best deals (high quality and low costs)
  • Keep locations at the best of all with her/his artistic taste and decorations
  • Welcome, persuade, attracting too many applicants through ushering on the booth or rounds, managing events and welcome their guests.
  • Provide the required materials and needed tools like: booth, flayers, t-shirts, banners and pins for any activity in MAP
