  • In 2003 a second paint brand gained the same Environmental choice certification that Resene once had.

Conduct Consumer Research

  • External feedback from paint stores.

Internal Research and Development Efforts

  • Successfully reduced negative environmental effects of the paint, but had the problem of leftover/waste paint.
  • Strategize ways in which they could deal with the leftover paint residue in an environmentally safe manner.

Brainstorm
