- Founded in 1997 in Chapel Hill, NC
- Began as a local consumer reporting agency (CRA)
- Moved to Wilmington, NC in 2002
- CB has experienced double digit growth annually since 1999

- Began as an Employment Screening company - focus on businesses
- CB learned that Healthcare Education programs were not conducting proper screening on students
- Moved into the College & University space
- During 2007/2008 economic recession CB turned full focus on the student screening market
- Began learning of specific struggles of Healthcare Education

- One of the biggest struggles uncovered was the collection, storage and screening of sensitive medical documents
- This challenge was especially great with Nursing education
- CB responded with the development of a medical document management web service & a clinical screening team
- As a result, CB gained huge support from the market - put our name on the map
