Tennis Injuries can be very severe ranging from Sprains to even fractures. In some senerios a injury can affect your whole season/game.
Tennis is a very fun sport, however tennis can be dangerous in some ways. In tennis some injuries include sprains, fractures, dislocations, stress, and tears. That come from either over stress or stiff muscles, which is why you should always stretch before playing or practising.
A way you could prevent injuries in tennis are by having a good posture while playing and watch your step and don't roll your ankle. You should always be aware of the ball location as there is always a chance you could clip one in the stomatch. In tennis there is a possibility that the tennis racket could hit you or break so be careful with your equipment.
Safety is the most important part of any sport, to prevent injuries you'll need protection. Protection come in different forms one is carefulness, and the other is gear. In the previos point it explains the first part and in this one it will explain the second. Gear includes a tennis racket, a hat, well gripped shoes and, a sweat band. All these can help improve your game.
How do forces affect the way the sport is played, and how forces either hinder or help the sport.
In tennis forces play a big role in it. For example when hitting the ball you're applying a push force on to the ball and when applying topspin that give the ball more enersia to push throw the air and beat the opposing player. Also in tennis there is a fundemental move that allows you to reach a ball that is more of a further ball to reach. It's called a slide and enersia is what carries you most of the way.
Hindering is the force that resists the ball. Like air resistance, friction, push, and pull.
Hindering comes when the air comes on the opposite side of the ball either slowing it down or making it change direction. Let's say it's a windy day then the ball will fly every where due to air resistanc. Plus the ball doesn't have enough wheight to cut through the wind.
What to expect after injury
After an injury like a legiment sprain or fracture, etc you will be rushed to the nearest hospital and treated. You may be put into a cast and/or croches, either way you will be put on suspend from playing tennis that period of time, mostly 8 months.
Once your healing process has come to an end you're expected to take it easy for a while and not to continue with tennis for a little while.
In conclusion Forces can greatly impact the sport weather its giving you an injury or changing your playing, either way forces completely change the way you play the sport
