The whole idea behind the representative office is that it serves as the eyes and ears of Bleach Chem Group for any opportunity in Vietnam. The main focus is but not limited to the sales and sourcing of chemicals.

The goal of this representative office is to set up strongly Bleach Chem to be one of reliable suppliers of chemicals in Vietnam. The target is to reach the BEP (Break Even Point) within 03 (three) months from the start of operation of the office. The BEP also takes into account the value achieved/ saved by optimum sourcing channels.

1. Legal expenses for obtaining license – $1,250

2. The total cost for long – term leasing of a virtual office – $ 2,000 ( if one seating then $ 3,000)

3. The total cost for hiring Business Consultant - $1,200 (for yearly accounting and compliance task for company and employees)

4. Other start-up expenses including stationery ($150) and phone and utility deposits – ($670).

5. Operational cost for the first 3 months (salaries of employees, payments of bills et al) – $ 10,000

6. Miscellaneous - $100

Budgeting

We would need an estimate of Eight Thoussand dollars only ($8,000) to successfully set up our chemical trading Rep. Office in Vietnam. Please note that this amount includes the salaries of all the staff for the first month of operation.
