VIETNAM
PLANNING
The whole idea behind the representative office is that it serves as the eyes and ears of Bleach Chem Group for any opportunity in Vietnam. The main focus is but not limited to the sales and sourcing of chemicals.
The goal of this representative office is to set up strongly Bleach Chem to be one of reliable suppliers of chemicals in Vietnam. The target is to reach the BEP (Break Even Point) within 03 (three) months from the start of operation of the office. The BEP also takes into account the value achieved/ saved by optimum sourcing channels.
Identify the strengths / opportunities that Vietnam as a country could provide for company’s trading purposes especially in the chemical field. At the same time, to identify the sales opportunities to Vietnam’s market which are treated as “weaknesses” for the market. In the latter, we can promote our strong traded commodities / materials to the market.
