INGREDIENTS:

-8 tender ears of corn

-160 milliliters of milk

-6 tablespoons of flour

-6 tablespoons of sugar

-2 whole eggs

-1 pinch salt to taste

-1 teaspoon of frying oil.

Steps to follow:

1-First: shred the corn and liquefy the granites with milk, flour, sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt.

2- Second: In a pan, over medium heat, put 1 teaspoon of oil and add 4 tablespoons of the corn mixture.  Spread in the pan and cook until brown on the side. Then turn around to brown the other.

3-Third: It can be made salty, omitting the sugar and adding grated white cheese.

4-And then if you like: Accompany with sour cream
