Have we evolved

4 Main Points of

Evolution

What is evolution

what is evolution

Evolution is the idea that all things are the same and change over time

The theory of evolution relies on genetic difference with in a population

evolution passed down

evolution can be passed down threw generations, and will change how cells are formed. some things that can be passed down are diseases and Eye couler. Only things that happen on a genetic level can be passed down, so if you work out our muscle that does not mean our passing down muscle.

evolution in generations

Mutation

Mutation!

2

1

A new born organism based on natural selection has a 10 Percent chance of having a non inherited genetic difference. this genetic mutation may pass down threw further generations.

Fun Fact: A genetic mutation that does not pass down threw generations is called a somatic mutation

Mutation is is one of the 4 theory's of evolution that is thought to change a species threw DNA. The theory of Mutation threw evolution was invented by Hugo de Vries.

Fun Fact: A genetic mutation that does pass threw generation is called a germ-line mutation

bad our good a genetic mutation can change the entire organisms spices. that is how Mutation evolution is believed too work.

most genetic mutations are bad. Some mutation effects do nothing and some times although It is very rare a mutation can improve an organism

Natural selection

Natural selection

The theory of evolution is believed too happen based on natural selection. Natural selection is the term to describe the process of an organism adapting to their environment. Natural selection allows organism's who are well suited to their environment to survive, and organism's who aren't too fail.

Common Descent

Common descent is a trait an organism shares with a ancestor, and shows the relationship between an organism ancestor. Common descent also allows us to follow the past. Looking at fossils of per existing organisms and using common descent to see if it is related to an organism alive to day.

Common Descent

Example of common descent: whales having back limbs are a detract correlation to terrestrial ancestors

A limb that appears on another organism is called an Atavism.

Population speciation

Speciation is the difference of a species. Example of speciation is dog breads See how some dogs look nothing like other dogs that's because of speciation.

Population speciation

The theory of speciation was found out when looking at the Darwin finches a bird species with 14 different breads and after discovering this speciation was theorized
