Call the lead the same day created if didn't respond to text.
(12pm-1pm & 4pm-7pm)
2.
Make sure to ALWAYS update the lead sheet.

Call every two days if ghosting in the first week (2-3 times)
4.
If a lead CANCELS or NO SHOWS make sure to always update pipeline.

1. Update pipeline
2. Move to 'Showed' column
3. Add to 'Won' spot if new challenger
4. Go straight into 'Challenger Fullfillment' system
