Overview
Upon Arrival
Pre - Ops
- Park in designated parking lots
- Check in at Command Post
**Receive temperature check***
- Attend POD Manager briefing
- Break into your sections
Sections
Ops
- Receive briefing / just-in-time training from your section leader
- Recieve all supplies needed for your assigned job
- Each station will have a two man team
Ending Exercise
- Partake in demobilization and Hot
Wash
- Return any disputed supplies to
your section unit leader
- Fill out survey that was
provided to you
Post - Ops
Traffic Control (Entrance)
Entrance
- Guide clients into POD flow
- At minimum 2 man team
Greeters and Triage
G/ T
- The first people drivers will see!!
- Welcome incoming clients
- Provide initial information and instructions to complete forms
- Guide symptomatic individuals to traffic control to exit
Eligible Clients
- Give clipboard with screening forms
- Direct them to complete the medical screening form
Traffic Control
- There will be at min 2 people at Greeters / Triage
- Help guide symptomatic clients out of POD flow
Medical Screener
MC
- Located between greeting/ triage and form collection screeners
- Answer any questions clients may have on the forms
Traffic Control
1 lane exercise = 1 traffic control individual at the entrance and exit of the lane
11 lane operation
14 lane operation = 7 individuals guiding traffic into lanes and out (Each individual will manage two lanes)

Lane Operations
- Forms will be collected entering lane
- Proper dispensing of medications (Skittles)
Lanes
Form Collection Screener
- 2 screeners per lane
- Form collected from clients
- Review medical form
- Utilize the screening form and algorithm to determine which medication to give out
- Direct client to dispensing point
Dispensing
- 4 personnel per lane
- Staff will review / collect screening form from medical screener
- Provide designated medication (Skittles)
- Provide POD information handouts
- Direct clients to leave or consultation

Consult
- Area will be subdivided to address various concerns
- Religious Concerns
- Special Needs
- Behavioral
- General Questions
- Each section = 7 spaces
Traffic Control

- Guide traffic from POD lanes and consultation
