The nucleus is the brain of a cell and controls what the cell does, it also contains DNA. The doctors direct the nurses operations, and holds information.
The cell membrane is semi-permeable and holds the cell and its contents together. Similar to a hospital door, they control what comes in and what goes out of the cell.
The cell wall is a rigid external barrier which protects and supports the cell, preventing further injuries to be made, similar to how the hospital building protects the patients from harmful objects.
Cytoplasm is a jelly-like fluid that maintains the internal pressure to prevent the cell from shrinking while holding everything in its place.
The air conditioner/heater helps the hospital to be able to maintain the appropriate temperature for the patients in order to feel better.
The mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell and creates energy for the cell in order for it to function just like how a laboratory provides the doctors in order for them to be able to function at its best.
Chloroplast uses sunlight to make energy for the cells like how solar panels uses sunlight to produce electricity for the hospital, in order to maintain an environment friendly system.
Both the ribosomes and the cafeteria create protein/food for the cells and their patients. Making sure that the patients are well fed and taken care of.
golgi bodies:
nurses
Golgi bodies receive proteins from the ER and distribute it to other parts of the cell.
Nurses receive patients from stretchers and then distribute them to a specific room in the hospital (i.e., delivery room)
The endoplasmic reticulum is similar to stretchers because they are both transport systems. Endoplasmic reticulum is a fold like structure that helps move things around, while stretchers transport patients throughout the hospital.
Vacuole stores water and nutrients in the cell similar to how the supply room stores the necessity equipments and tools needed in order for a hospital to function and treat their patients.
Lysosomes are garbage disposal units that digest waste from plant and animal cells.
Breaking down, getting rid of waste just like how a janitor would clean and remove waste from the hospitals, in order for the hospital to stay hygienic for the patients.
