Additionally, leadership should instill "shared core values" such as honesty, respect, responsibility, fairness, and compassion. (Grigoropouos (2019).

The resources were relevant because it gave us the knowledge on what it takes to create a mission and vision statement that will unify the employees. Additionally the texts had various processes in developing mission and vision statements
Reflection: As a school leader this assignment has impacted my thinking to have ethics and values in the mission and vision statements because they are the moral code of the organization. I will also lead by letting the employees know how to accomplish the mission and vision statements.
