The resources were relevant because it gave us the knowledge on what it takes to create a mission and vision statement that will unify the employees. Additionally the texts had various processes in developing mission and vision statements

Reflection: As a school leader this assignment has impacted my thinking to have ethics and values in the mission and vision statements because they are the moral code of the organization. I will also lead by letting the employees know how to accomplish the mission and vision statements.
