Weaknesses:

+ Hires newly graduates for managerial positions

+ Supervisors do not take care of their subordinates' working careers and do not listen to their opinions

+ Some of the technology used in the company is not up to date.

+ Big and well established company

+ Employees are treated fairly

+ Good Benefits with High Salary for blue and white collar positions.

+ Competitors are adopting new technology

+ New competitors in town are building their plants

+ Cheaper products new competitors are having due to the new technology they have.

Opportunities:

+ Company is looking into more highly sophisticated AI’s to install in other departments that will help the production increase, be efficient and the delivery of the product faster and on time.

+ They have the carton sorter robotics that sort different kinds of cases then bundle it to be used by the production

Stars:

+AI will be a good fit for the company to maintain their growth in the marketplace.

Question marks:

+ AI will not be a problem in regards of the company

+ AI is still good at reinvesting but needs a balance between technology and humans.

+PepsiCo is still finding it hard to improve some of their equipment but still they continue to spend money to fix the old equipment so AI is a good fit

If the company is not performing well in terms of processing customer orders in time and not having much equipment to perform the job in a timely manner. This will lead to more competition and consumers will try other companies where their product or order will arrive in time. PepsiCo has been doing well in terms of competition, but our group thinks that investing in more AI and humans will improve the company to a higher standard to in other face their competitors. So, in general we believe that AI is a good fit for the company.

Could implementing AI work out to be a win-win for employees and the organization
