Ask

We were tasked to create two different types of airplanes: One that flies in a straight path and another that flies in a looping pattern

Ask

Questions Asked

Questions that were Asked...

How should the plane look like?

Does size contribute to distance the plane will travel?

How many planes should we create?

Is there a size limit?

Imagine

Then each of us began researching out ideas about how we wanted the planes to look like

Plan

Plan

After careful consideration, we came to the conclusion: Cameron and Emily work on a plane goes a straight linear direction and for David to create a plane that flies in a spiral looping direction.

Create

For the orange plan we made it into a skinnier build,so it could go a longer distance.

As for the green plane we made it so,it had big flaps so it could catch the wind and loop more.

Create

Improve

  • In the end our team was NOT able to accomplish the desired goal.
  • Although our planes were able fly in a straight path and the other in a loop, the straight plane traveled the least amount of distance, but the Green Plane was only capable of looping twice.
