is viewed as the process through which organizations emerge and evolve and the basis upon which individuals, relationships, groups, and organizations relate to their surroundings and to one another.

Why do we need to identify these functions?

  • To be able to know how to use these functions in different time, place and situation depending on what will be the most appropriate and will yield the results that they desire.
