GOALS:
The people of this island should be innovative and open to change. We must bring new methods, ideas, and products in order to improve our standards of living.
Because resources are extremely scarce, our society needs to establish what our people need and want. Also, we'll need to evaluate how much goods to distribute among individuals.
The people of "The Island of The Lost" should decide how the wealth, goods, and products are divided within society. Also, we should consider how much we should provide for those who are unwilling to work.
The people of this island should feel secure that their needs will be provided for.
The decisions of the island will be made through the idea of "Majority Rules." The island people will vote and cast their decisions into a ballot.
Our people will need food, as it is necessary to survive.
On our island, we will need to make weapons such as spears and bow and arrows for hunting for food.
We will need shelters to protect us from natural threats such as wild animals and harsh weather.
We will also need to make tools such as fishing rods and traps along with hammers and other building tools.
We will need to produce energy for homes and businesses.
We can create windmills for energy. Also, being on the Western Coast there are oil reserves that we can tap in to. Tools, weapons, and shelters will be made manually. Once the society begins to evolve we can use machines.
"The Island of The Lost" will rely on natural resources such as oil, water, and fertile land. The land will be divided equally amongst the people of the island. Farm land will be shared and will be located close to the water for easier irrigation.

The work we will have to do on the island will include farming, hunting, gathering, building, cooking, and water collectors among other things. Who works these jobs will be determined by the skill set of the individual. The jobs no one likes will go to the people with the lowest skill set. Everyone will have at minimum one job that they are specialized for. Someone will be elected to maintain the peace and to distribute jobs.
The crashed ship will be scrapped for parts such as combustion engines for mills and power. Tools and weapons will be made using the islands natural resources such s rocks and wood. The society will not use a currency because we will use trade. As society develops, we will develop a form of currency.
Food, water, shelter, and clothing are common basic needs. Also, healthcare, sanitation, and education are needed to sustain good life. All of these needs will be provided for by government until society is more stable. At that point, a vote will be taken to start involving the government less in people's lives.
