Learning organization should incorporate Coaching and Mentoring into business operationals, therefore—the organization needs to develop some of its people to become professional coaches and mentors.
As coaching is more than giving instructions to others to do their assigned tasks—Coaches and Mentors need to have the fundamental coaching and mentoring skills.
