Inciting incident
The pilot that was flying Brian had a heart attack right after teaching Brian the basics of flying. Brian tries to call someone to help him but the radio dies. so Brian has to try to land the plane, he comes up with a plan to land the plane beside a lake where there's a clearing.

Brian manages to escape from the plane when it crashed and from that point Brian starts learning how to survive. Brian learns where to find berries, he learns how to make a fire, he learns how to catch fish, birds and rabbits and he grows as a character.

Brian encountered a porcupine in the night and throws his hatchet at it and it creates sparks he realized that sparks can create fire then after trying over and over he makes a fire

Brian finds berries
Brian makes some tools with his hatchet and hunts his first fish then he got sick of fish and started hunting birds and rabbits too.
Brian gets out of the sunken plane.
Brian finds turtle eggs and eats them but then a skunk tried to steal them and when Brian noticed and yelled to scare it off it sprayed him then Brian learned a lesson: make a sturdy shelter and put food in a protected place.

Climax
The climax was in chapter 16 when the moose rammed Brian down and when the tornado got rid of all his tools apart from the hatchet. At this point Brian has grown and he got a fire and a shelter in no time. When Brian looked for fish in the lake he didn't see any but he saw something sticking out of the lake. It was the tail of the plane

Falling action
Brian realizes that in the plane there must have a survival pack. Brian decided to check the plane out and figured that he could hack in the plane with his hatchet when he was hacking he hit too hard and the hatchet bounced out of his hand. Then Brian tried to swim and get it back and after many attempts he got it. He started hacking again then he got a big enough hole for him to get in. He got the pack but he also saw the pilots bones.

Brian Starts hacking with his hatchet breaking the metal trying to get the survival pack.
Brian was hacking at the tail and he hit too hard and the hatchet flung out of his hand he dives to get it back and after many attempts he does.

Brian gets the pack but also saw the pilot's body and when he got up to the surface he was to tired and just fell asleep
Resolution
When Brian got up from his nap he opens the survival pack inside he sees a sleeping bag, food, containers, pans and more including a gun. He finds something in there called a emergency transmitter he tries to turn it on but he doesn't know how to. He had up and down feelings for these items bet before he did anything he made a feast for himself with the food he got then a few moments late Brian heard a drone hover nearby and when the man steeped out Brian simply said My name is Brian Robeson, would you like something to eat?
Exposition
Brian Robeson is a 13 year-old boy who lives in New York. Because of his parents recent divorce was made to go see his dad in the Canadian oil fields before he left his mom gave him a hatchet to help his dad with things. Brian has mixed feeling about his mom because Brian knew the secret of why his parents broke up. It was because his mom was cheating on his dad with another man.
