Colby February

Beginning

In the beginning of the story the Minister of Magic is talking to the Prime Minister and they are both having troubles. Bellatrix and Narcissa ask Snape if he will make an unbreakable vow to protect Draco. Harry left Privet Drive with Dumbledore and Harry convinced Slughorn to teach at Hogwarts as the potions teacher. Harry then went to the Burrow, Hermione was already there. The next day they went to Diagon Alley to get school supplies and they ran into Draco and Harry believes Draco is a death eater. While there Harry saw that Draco went into a shop and said not to sell something , but Harry didn't know what. They got on the train and Harry, Ginny, and Neville were invited to the "Slug Club". After they left the club Draco froze Harry's body with a spell and Tonks saved Harry. Harry got a potion book that was the Half-Blood Prince's and it had tips and tricks in it and Harry is having lessons with Dumbledore and they looked into peoples' memories.

Middle

Aragog died and Hagrid invited Harry, Ron and Hermione to Aragog's funeral. Harry is trying spells from the Half -Blood Prince's potion book. Somebody gave a student a cursed necklace that was supposed to get to Dumledore but the student opened it. Dumbledore and Harry saw one of Lord Voldemort's memories as a kid. After they won against Slytherin in quidditch, Hermione and Ron started fighting because Ron started dating a girl. Harry and Ron went to the Burrow for Christmas and the Minister came with Percy and he talked to Harry about Dumbledore. Harry had another lesson and they thought that Voldemort killed his Dad and grandparents and that he took a very valuable ring. They are learning to apparate in school with a ministry official. After a lesson Harry and Ron went to Slughorn because Ron ate something with a love potion on it. Then Ron drank poison mead that was meant for Dumbledore. Draco is sneaking away and off of the Marauders map.

Middle

Harry and Dumbledore see another memory and it is the young Voldemort. Voldemort kills Hepzibah Smith and he takes Hufflepuff's cup and Slytherin's locket. When Harry went to Aragog's funeral he met Slughorn and got a memory about Voldemort asking Slughorn about horcruxes. They went to a cave to get one of Voldemort's hidden horcruxes. There is a dark mark above Hogwarts when they get back, Harry and Dumbledore went up to one of the towers. Death Eaters ran up there and Snape kills Dumbledore. Harry opened the horcrux and found it was a fake and the real one was taken by R.A.B.. They had Dumbledore's funeral at Hogwarts. Harry said he wasn't going back to Hogwarts because he will be searching for Voldemort's horcruxes. Hermione and Ron will come with him on his journey.
