found on Dr. Myers body
found in trash bin where Emily resides
backpack with bloody shirt, rock hammer, jeep keys, bloody tent cord. Shows what was used to commit the crime.
Sr. Myer's wallet. Shows that it was in fact Dr. Myers that was murdered.
I think Emily Wilson committed the crime. Emily created a fake conference to support that it wasn't her. Then, she created a fake email to say he would be gone. We know this email is fake because it says Dr. Myers will be with the kids for the week. But, Janine stated in the interview that she hasn't seen Dr. Myers. So, Dr. Myers wasn't at home so the email is lying. Emily killed Dr. Myers to eliminate witnesses of her killing Professor Kline. She then took the jeep and fled the scene Finally, Also, the bag with bloody tools shows that she was trying to get rid of the evidence in her trash.
Emily Wilson committed the double murder
Motive: Emily stated you need a major discovery to be famous so she decided to get the fame for herself
Means: She knew where the dig site was
Opportunity: she knew that no one was around because they were in a remote location. She also knew that if she booked the only hotel in Jacob's falls, she would be guaranteed to be close to them
Alibi: she claimed that she was at an archeological conference so she couldn't have been near
