DTc (A) TP3 - WO2 `LT' Lutunatabua
Peer Pressure can bring changes in behaviour, thoughts, opinions and feelings. A social psychologist of Swarthmore College, Solomon Asch, conducted a set of experiments that demonstrated the power of conformity on groups. These experiments have been repeated many times with varied results.
There is a strong human motivation to be a member of group; as a Trainer it is our responsibility to ensure that these group relationships are healthy and of benefit to our trainees. You need to ensure trainees are not led down a potentially destructive path.
