- A narrow strip of land with sea on either side located in Ranong province in the southern part of Thailand.
- In between of Indian ocean and Pacific ocean
- West border of Thailand, attach to Myanmar
- The narrowest part is 44 kilometres

- This issue was first introduced to King Narai the Great, Ayuthaya period by French
- In the reign of King Rama 4th and 5th, this issue was introduced again.
- Was rejected every time due to the budget and land issues.
