  • A narrow strip of land with sea on either side located in Ranong province in the southern part of Thailand.
  • In between of Indian ocean and Pacific ocean
  • West border of Thailand, attach to Myanmar
  • The narrowest part is 44 kilometres

  • This issue was first introduced to King Narai the Great, Ayuthaya period by French
  • In the reign of King Rama 4th and 5th, this issue was introduced again.
  • Was rejected every time due to the budget and land issues.

  • Malaysia would lose its economy due to it has Straits of Malacca
  • Thailand is not the best beneficiary, but China
