Stress

Definition:

a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.

What it means to me:

Feeling overwhelmed with my circumstances, an unhappiness that washes over me as I struggle to deal with everything and make it comfortable or manageable.
