As you are all now aware, not only did we hit the Budget Numbers for FY19, we exceeded them!
A true team effort from everyone involved! As Sam Patel said in his email “Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people”
FY20 has kicked off in full force, it's clear to see the 'buzz' in the office with everyone eager to get off to a good start that will set the tone for the rest of the year. Amidst all of that 'buzz' we had a barney over some new calculators, Majarna Nasir completing a £4,518.95, 6 year lease deal with her customer and Tom Sparrow scoring 94% on one of his calls on Refract, great start Tom!
On top of all of that, Dan Edwards returned to work after having the first day of the year off on holiday (How did he get that approved!?) On his return, on the 2nd day, Dan generated £7,241 worth of revenue which is 237% to his daily target, WOW!
So far 77% of the inside sales team are activated on Linkedin Learning, there is some great material on there that you can directly apply and to your roles. If you're part of that small percentage that hasn't activated, you're definitely missing out. Next weeks episode will be the start of a full league table on usage of the tool, and nobody likes to be in last place! If you need help setting up just send Paul Thorpe an email and he will pop over.
Sales 'WIN' story of the week goes out to Louise Everett, on our Stationery team! This includes some work from last month, but it definitely deserves recognition. Last month, Louise not only exceeded her £40,000 target but achieved the highest revenue in a single month that has ever been recorded in the Stationery Team (there was more members of this team previously too!).
Louise achieved a massive £55,900 in revenue, one particular order she placed was for bespoke labels for her customer, gaining her year's supply of this product in one go, securing the revenue and the customer for another year. Now that's a sales win! AMAZING STUFF LOUISE EVERETT!
