How is it contracted?

You can contract chlamydia through sexual activity such as vaginal, anal, or oral sex. you can still get Chlamydia even if your partner does not ejaculate. It should be noted that chlamydia can be passed onto babies while in the womb.

Signs and symptoms

- Burning when peeing

- Abnormal discharge

- Pain or swelling of testicles

- Rectal pain

- Unusual sore

- Bleeding between periods

- Smelly discharge

Chlamydia can be effectively treated antibiotics and 95% of patients are cured if they take the anitbiotics correctly

How can i prevent getting Chlamydia?

Simply by using any form of female or male condom you can prevent getting an STI since there is no skin to skin contact.

How can i prevent passing chlamydia to another person?

If you have any form of STI, refraining from having sex is the best option to keep oother people safe. Once you are free of the STI, you can have sex again.
