POP ART
Pop Art is an artistic movement born in the United States and the United Kingdom between the 1950s and 1960s. Period in which the first fast food chains were also born due to the change in society after the Second World War.

If we look at the works of Pop Art we can notice that they are all brightly coloured, bringing joy but in reality they hide anxiety and worry. Pop Art works are not created on a canvas but the artists create their works with photos, comics, reworking of advertising images and improvise, that is, the artists create their works in front of the public.
ANDY WARHOL
The most important exponent of Pop Art was Andy Warhol. He began his career working as an advertiser and created a film company called «La Factory» with which he produced many experimental films. Warhol represented famous people by putting them on the same level as the population. He used the silkscreen technique
